Standard: 4 Weeks-6 weeks (depending on garment)
Rush: 2 weeks or less (for an additional fee 50% of garment cost)

Measurements (natural waist, upper hip, and skirt length, etc) are required for ALL buyers. All orders are placed on hold unti the buyers' measurements are received. This hold does not expire. It is the responsibility of the buyer to submit their measurements. Instructions are included in the item description, on your invoice, and may be messaged to you. No refunds will be given to buyers who fail to submit measurements. This is a custom shop, and we do NOT use a size chart. The size charts located on this shop are used as guides only.

If more than 2 weeks has passed, and a buyer has not submitted measurements, this order will be placed on hold. The hold is complimentary. No refunds are given for orders placed on hold. Exchanges however are available. The buyer can choose another skirt using their purchase funds as a store credit. If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 24 hours after ordering to cancel.

Email is our preferred method of contact. We will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours Monday – Friday.  Any emails received after 5:00pm on Friday will be returned on the following business day.

If you prefer to call you can do so between the hours of 9am-4:00pm Monday -Friday. Any phone calls received after 4:30pm on Friday will be returned on the following business day.

Payment: Payment can be made in the form of paypal, cashapp, credit/debit card, money order, cashier’s check, or cash.
