SALES TAX & SHIPPING FEES

Sales tax and shipping fees are calculated once you place your order. Sales tax is an automatic calculation. We offer complimentary free domestic shipping on orders $100 and up.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Handmade to order items ship in 7-14 business days. This does not include shipping and transit times. Stock items ship in 1-5 business days. Production and shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom orders ship in 4 to 6 weeks.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service via first class mail. 

Priority and Express shipping, insurance, registered mail and signature confirmation are available upon request at additional cost. Please request upgraded shipping service when placing your order.

Ayana Glaze Designs is not responsible for shipping transit times or delays once the package leaves our possession. Ayana Glaze Designs is not responsible for additional fees, loss, theft, or damage We make sure your purchases are packaged securely to prevent damage. If you do not receive your package, please contact the carrier in which your package has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are subject to additional fees, including shipping charges, custom fees, tariffs, and taxes based on the country products are shipped to. We cannot control and are not responsible for these fees.

A USPS Custom Declaration number will be provided for your convenience. However, International orders are unable to be tracked via USPS once they reach customs. International shipping transit and handling times may vary depending on delivery and destination.

Ayana Glaze Designs is not responsible for international orders lost, stolen or damaged in transit or fees charged by international customs. Please make sure your shipping and/or mailing address is correct.

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise stated, our products are made-to-order at the time of your order or custom made at your request. Please contact us with all questions prior to placing your order. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order or custom items. If an error is made by our team, we will happily correct it. 

All sales are final. 

SALES + PROMOTIONS

Online discount codes cannot be combined with any other offer. All sales are final for on sale, discounted and custom orders.

 eGIFT Gift Cards + STORE CREDITS
Please be advised, all eGift cards expire within 12 months of purchase date. Any unused portion will be void. Store credit and eGift cards can ONLY be used for online purchases at www.ayanaglaze.com.

LOST EARRING POLICY
We will replace the lost earring for half the current price plus shipping.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Please note that colors vary by monitor and device. We are not responsible for monitor resolution. If you feel unsure of color, please request a swatch before ordering if needed.

CUSTOM ORDERS
A design fee is added to ALL custom orders. This fee varies depending on the design. 

CONTACTING ME

I try to respond to messages as soon as possible. I usually respond within 24 hours. However, if I am working on large group orders, it may be more like 48 hours. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have not heard from me within 48 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
