Our products are made-to-order at the time of your order or custom made at your request. Please contact us with all questions prior to placing your order. We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order or custom items. If an error is made by our team, we will happily correct it. 

FACE MASKS

Face masks have quickly become our most popular selling accessory due to COVID-19. Face masks are made at the time of your order. Due the amazing response from our customers, our current production time for masks is 7 to 10 business days. We are working to reduce those times. Please bear with us as we work to improve our lead time on masks.

FLOWER PINS, COLLAR RUFFLES & JEWELRY

Flower pins have quickly become our most popular selling accessory. Flower pins are made at the time of your order. A single order of ten or less flower pins will process and ship within 7 business days.  

Group orders can take up to 14 days to process and ship. 

Collar ruffles ship in 5-7 business days. Group orders of 10 or more collar ruffles will ship in 14 to 21 days depending on quantity and designer schedule. 

Jewelry is typically made to order and ships in 10 to 15 business days. In stock jewelry, ships in 3 to 5 business days.

If you need your products faster, please contact us. A rush fee will be applied.

SCARVES

Hooded scarves process in 14 business days.

PILLOWS, HOME DECOR, &  ART WORK

Pillows  and pillow covers are made-to-order and ship in 7 to 10 business days. 

Towels, shower curtains and table settings ship in 7 to 10 business days. 

 

T-SHIRTS

T-shirts are made to order to ship in 5 to 7 business days. Group orders of 10 or more shirts will ship in 10 to 14 days depending on quantity and designer schedule. 

EMBELLISHMENTS & ENHANCEMENTS

We are happy to design embellishments and enhancements for your existing garments, jewelry and accessories. Please contact me to request. Process times vary. A design fee is added. A rush fee is applied based on your delivery needs.

Payment is due in full prior to work beginning on any order and before any items ship. 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. 

Priority and Express shipping, insurance, registered mail and signature confirmation are available upon request at additional cost. Please request upgraded shipping service when placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping times once the package leaves our possession. Thank you!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are subject to additional fees, including shipping charges, custom fees, tariffs, and taxes based on the country products are shipped to. We cannot control and are not responsible for these fees.

A USPS Custom Declaration number will be provided for your convenience. However, International orders are unable to be tracked via USPS once they reach customs. International shipping transit and handling times may vary depending on delivery and destination.

I am not responsible for international orders lost in transit or fees charged by international customs. Please make sure your shipping and/or mailing address is correct.

LOST EARRING POLICY
We will replace the lost earring for half the current price plus shipping.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Please note that colors vary by monitor and device. We are not responsible for monitor resolution. If you feel unsure of color, please request a swatch before ordering if needed.

CUSTOM ORDERS
A design fee is added to ALL custom orders. This fee varies depending on the design.
